 به گزارش خبرگزاری مهر، دو تیم فوتبال رئال مادرید و پاری‎سن ژرمن امشب در دیداری حساس در چارچوب رقابت‎های لیگ قهرمانان اروپا به مصاف هم می‎روند و بسیاری در انتظار تقابل مثلث‌های هجومی دو تیم هستند، بیل و رونالدو و بنزما از رئال مادرید در مقابل امباپه و کاوانی و نیمار از پاریس.

در رقابت‎های فصل ۱۸-۲۰۱۷، مثلث هجومی پاری‎سن ژرمن ۷۱ گل زده که ۲۸ گل سهم کاوانی، ۲۸ گل سهم نیمار و ۱۵ گل سهم امباپه بوده است.

این در حالی است که مثلث هجومی رئال در این فصل و تا اینجای کار ۴۰ گل زده که ۲۴ گل سهم رونالدو، ۷ گل بنزما و ۹ گل بیل بوده است.

در ادوار گذشته مثلث رئال این آمار را به ثبت رسانده است:

فصل ۱۴-۲۰۱۳ با ۵۹ گل

فصل ۱۵-۲۰۱۴ با ۷۶ گل

فصل ۱۶-۲۰۱۵ با ۷۷ گل

فصل ۱۷-۲۰۱۶ با ۴۷ گل

این یعنی مثلث هجومی پاری‎سن ژرمن در حال حاضر شرایطی دارد که با دوران اوج سه مهاجم رئال مادرید برابری می‎کند.

In a powerful open letter to licence-fee payers, a veteran BBC journalist has spoken out against “secretive and illegal” culture of pay inequality at the publicly funded organisation. 

China Editor Carrie Gracie announced her resignation in the letter after discovering she earned 50 percent less than her male counterparts. 

“With great regret, I have left my post as China Editor to speak out publicly on a crisis of trust at the BBC,” wrote Gracie, who’s been a BBC journalist for 30 years. 

“I believe you have a right to know that it [the BBC] is breaking equality law and resisting pressure for a fair and transparent pay structure,” writes Gracie in the letter. 

She goes on to state that she is not “asking for more money” but that she simply wants “the BBC to abide by the law and value men and women equally.” 

“On pay, the BBC is not living up to its stated values of trust, honesty and accountability. Salary disclosures the BBC was forced to make six months ago revealed not only unacceptably high pay for top presenters and managers but also an indefensible pay gap between men and women doing equal work. These revelations damaged the trust of BBC staff. For the first time, women saw hard evidence of what they’d long suspected, that they are not being valued equally.”

Gracie said in the letter that she had refused a significant pay rise as it still left a big pay disparity between her and male international editors. 

In the past four years, the BBC has had four international editors – two men and two women. The Equality Act 2010 states that men and women doing equal work must receive equal pay. But last July I learned that in the previous financial year, the two men earned at least 50% more than the two women.

Despite the BBC’s public insistence that my appointment demonstrated its commitment to gender equality, and despite my own insistence that equality was a condition of taking up the post, my managers had yet again judged that women’s work was worth much less than men’s.

Gracie said that her story is “just one story of inequality among many” and she hopes those reading it will understand why she felt she had to speak out. 

“To women of any age in any workplace who are confronting pay discrimination, I wish you the solidarity of a strong sisterhood and the support of male colleagues,” Gracie said. 

“It is a century since women first won the right to vote in Britain. Let us honour that brave generation by making this the year we win equal pay,” she continued. 

Gracie’s protest has prompted a huge outpouring of support on social media, with scores of female BBC journalists using the #IStandWithCarrie hashtag to pledge solidarity with the journalist. 

Speaking on BBC Radio Four Today programme, Gracie said the support she’s received has been “very moving.” But, she also said the support shows the “depth of hunger for an equal, fair and transparent pay system.” 

A BBC spokesperson said in a statement emailed to Mashable that an independent judge-led pay audit found “no systemic discrimination against women” at the organisation. 

“Fairness in pay is vital,” the spokesperson continued. “A significant number of organisations have now published their gender pay figures showing that we are performing considerably better than many and are well below the national average.”

The BBC’s audited gender pay gap stands at 9.3 percent compared with the UK national average, 18.1 percent. The BBC has pledged to close its pay gap by 2020.

“There will be more BBC women taking action — some of them legal action,” said Sam Smethers, Fawcett Society chief executive in a statement. “It’s important for the corporation to address any unequal pay now.”

It’s never easy talking about salaries but one BBC journalist gave us all a masterclass in how to handle it.

Mishal Husain, a presenter on BBC Radio 4’s Today Programme, interviewed her boss, the BBC Director-General Lord Tony Hall hours before the organisation released salary details of its highest earners.

As expected the report showed a massive pay gap between genders and a lack of diversity among top earners. About two-thirds of BBC stars earning more than £۱۵۰,۰۰۰ are male, compared to one-third female. 

But Mishal Husain definitely led the conversation and sent a strong message that this isn’t acceptable and the BBC won’t be let off the hook. (Listen to the whole thing here — the conversation happens at about 1:42.) 

Husain asks Hall how he’s going to address the pay gap and he dances around answering it, instead pointing to stats about the percentage of women hosting breakfast shows.

“But that is a different point to the point I’ve put to you about the pay gap,” she says.

“By 2020 we’ll have equality between men and women on air, and we’ll have the pay gap sorted by then too,” Hall says. He waffles some more and then says, “Whatever company we’re in to look at the gender pay gap and do something about it and I’m committed to doing something about it.”

Husain presses him for specifics, asking if overall wages were going to go up — of course that elicits a negative response from Hall. More non-answers about “living within our means.”

“I’m not sure what that means in terms of managing the gender pay gap – does that mean you’re going to be asking the men to take a pay cut?” she asks.

“We’ll be working through case-by-case,” he says, and continues on with his talking points — that they’re improving in equality between men and women presenting the programmes, in drama it’s already 50/50, blah blah.

The release the report has sparked outrage and incredulity. Chris Evans, the highest paid, earned £۲٫۲ million and £۲٫۲۵ million, while Claudia Winkleman, the highest-paid female celebrity, earned between £۴۵۰,۰۰۰ and £۵۰۰,۰۰۰٫ 

There will likely be many more difficult conversations going forward until things change at the BBC and the nation.

به گزارش سرويس سياسي جام نيـوز، “علي عليزاده” کارشناس بي بي سي و ساير رسانه‌هاي اپوزيسيون، در شبکه هاي اجتماعي تلگرام و توئيتر از رسانه دولتي انگليس و رويکرد دروغ‌پردازانه آن به‌شدت انتقاد کرد.

او در تلگرام نوشت: «بي بي سي رسانه برتر است. نه چون حقيقت مي‌گويد، بلكه چون به آخرين تكنولوژي تحريف واقعيت مجهز است و طي قتل‌عام صدهزار يمني توسط سعودي با بمب بريتانيا، هرروز از افسانه جنگ نيابتي ايران در يمن گفته است.»

نامبرده در تکميل جمله فوق، اين پيام را از طريق توئيتر منتشر نمود: «مي‌گويد اپيدمي وباي يمن نيم ميليون مبتلا و ۱۹۷۵ کشته داشته، اما از نقش بمباران سعودي با بمب‌هاي بريتانيايي هيچ نمي‌گويد. BBC ماشين خون‌شويي است.»

گفتني است علي عليزاده به‌دليل برخي مواضع منصفانه‌اش هدف رفتارهاي خصمانه از جانب عناصري در دايره اپوزيسيون قرار گرفته است.
چندي پيش جمعي از ضدانقلاب با تنظيم و ارسال نامه‌اي سرگشاده، از گردانندگان بي بي سي تقاضا کردند که ديگر از او به‌عنوان کارشناس در اين شبکه استفاده نشود.
